Virtual Reality and AI: Shaping the Future of Engineering Education

We’re proud to see our collaborative work featured in the latest Ingenium newsletter by the Melbourne School of Engineering at the University of Melbourne.

In partnership with the Chemical Engineering department, we developed an interactive, simulation-led digital learning experience designed to bridge the gap between traditional teaching and the hands-on realities of industrial processes.

The project uses immersive 3D environments, process simulations, and AI-powered guidance to help students explore key systems—such as Hydrogen Production and Three Phase Separation—in a realistic and accessible way. It’s all about helping the next generation of engineers understand complex industrial systems in a more engaging, practical, and intuitive format.

This work highlights how virtual reality and intelligent technologies can enhance engineering education, equipping students with the tools and confidence they need before stepping into the real world.
